Simple pricing Pricing for your business

The rate card.

Per user, per month. The software is the software at every tier — all ten modules, the agents, documents, integrations. What the tiers price is the rhythm of change: how often the system is re-cut around you.

02 · The AI included

An AI bill you can actually read.

Beyond the subscription you pay only for what you actually use — and it reads like an electricity bill you can actually read: every line, every person, no fine print. Here's what the statement looks like.

03 · One-time

One fixed figure, agreed before you start.

Tailored is the product — so the tailoring is priced like one. No consultant army and no open-ended day rates: one fixed engagement, quoted before you commit, scaled to your size.

04 · Fair questions

Objections, answered.

Obj. 01

“What if we use a lot of AI?”

You'll never find out from an invoice. At 80% of the included amount the owner is told, then chooses: add more at listed rates, or cap it — the AI pauses, the software keeps working.

No surprise bills, ever. the dashboard shows who and what is spending, live, per staff member.

Obj. 02

“Who owns the custom modules?”

You do. They're never rolled out to other customers and never productised out from under you. Your competitive edge doesn't become our product — it's in writing, as a clause.

Obj. 03

“What if an alteration breaks something?”

We oversee every change: it's built on a practice copy — never your live data — passes automated safety checks, gets human review on our side, ships as its own numbered change, and changes are reviewed before release if it isn't right. Our loop, our responsibility.

The full loop, step by step: Under the hood.

Obj. 04

“Can we leave?”

Any day you like. Export everything, in open formats. The only thing keeping you is that the software did what you asked for last week.

Obj. 05

“Why is there a tailoring fee?”

Because tailored is the product. Your automations set up, your first agents scoped with roles and guardrails, your document templates on your letterhead, your data migrated, your team trained to brief and create agents safely — that's real work, done once, properly.

And it's a fixed price, quoted before you commit — not day rates that find reasons to continue.

Obj. 06

“How are change requests scheduled?”

We agree the scope, priority and timing with you. Request allowances and service terms will be confirmed before you commit.

Before you go

One rate card.
Nothing withheld.

Ask for the number nobody prints: your tailoring quote. Fixed, itemised, scaled to your size — on paper before you commit to anything.
