Your new crew They never clock off

The new hires.

Agents are staff living inside the software. They hold full context on your business — every customer, site, job, quote, invoice, email thread, document and price — within what their role is allowed to see. You configure them. (struck through) You brief them. And they're optional — the software is a complete CRM with zero agents switched on; hire your first when you're ready.

01 · The brief

If you can type it, they can do it.

There's no task library and no workflow builder to learn. You brief an agent in plain English — the same sentence you'd say across the desk. Once, every Friday, whenever something happens: it's all just a sentence. Creating one is just as light — a name, a role, a scope — and you do it yourself, in-app. Every agent works under its role, on the same permission system as human staff — it can only see and touch what its role allows.

The brief pad — say it like you'd say it to staff No workflow builder · no config · a sentence
“Chase the five overdue invoices — politely” Invoicing Now
“Draft the WIP report every friday morning” Reporting Every friday
“When a monitoring alert lands, open the ticket and book the tech” Servicing When IT lands
“Reprice the open quotes against tuesday's supplier price list” Quotes Now
“Find the jobs where we ate a cost last quarter — and how much” Projects Now
“Fill the gap in thursday's run from the ticket backlog” Schedule Now

02 · When you press enter

What happens when you press enter.

One brief, end to end. It scopes the work, shows you the plan when the action is consequential, does the work, and reports back — logged like software the whole way.

Work order — universal instruction box NO. 0002
Do this for me:

“Go through last month's lost quotes, find the ones we lost on price, and draft me a win-back email for each.”

01

It plans

Scopes the work first — and shows you the plan when it matters.

02

You approve

Outbound email waits for your OK. Nothing leaves without a human nod.

03

It does the work

Reads each thread, drafts each email — in context, not from a template.

04

It reports back

What it did, where the drafts are, what it left for you to decide.

03 · The right AI for the job

Nobody pays top dollar for data entry.

Routine work runs on cheaper AI automatically; the premium stuff is saved for the hard thinking. You can see which is which — and change it — and every task shows what it cost.

04 · Our promises

Our promises, plainly.

The trust half. Not fine print — the deal, numbered so it's easy to check.

No. 01

It waits for your OK

Anything that matters — outbound emails, payments, anything you flag — waits for a human. You choose what counts, per agent and per action.

No. 02

Written down

Every agent action is written down as it happens. Who, what, when, on whose say-so.

No. 03

The undo

Important actions and requested changes are reviewed before they take effect.

No. 04

Locked to each role

Agents and staff alike see only what their role allows. Only certain people — and certain agents — can access certain information.

No. 05

The agents are our responsibility.

We oversee them, monitor their behaviour, and when something isn't right we roll it back and we fix it. Not a disclaimer — the standing arrangement.

No. 06

Your data stays yours

Your data is never used to train anyone else's models.

Before you go

Hire staff that come with
the software.

Bring the job you'd most like taken off someone's desk. In the demo, we'll brief an agent on it — live, human OKs and all — and you can watch the record write itself.
